Love the Update

Gorgeous interface, smooth and intuitive design. The new content is really good. It covers what little I felt was missing, and much more. Im using this app each day on the iPod - sitting still for better health, balance and happiness. Thanks. ✨ One suggestion: Please put volume controls on the play section for less cumbersome adjustment. And I agree that one of the male voices could have a softer edge, the verbal approach might be gentler as its quite jarring. Thank You!
