Incessant talking

Im baffled as to how this is supposed to be relaxing. Constant talking, interrupting your concentration. Intros into every single class, every time you use it. It has a nice interface and great features, but I find it pretty useless overall.

My favorite mindfulness/meditation app

I have used Buddhify for about a year, and have grown spoiled by it; Ive tried a couple of others (I love to learn new things) but been disappointed by them in comparison to Buddhify. I love the UI -- so easy and intuitive, to find a meditation for nearly any situation in my day. I love that there are different voices. I actually like the "preambles" at the beginning: I like that they explain a bit about the technique. They seem human and relatable, but also worth aspiring to. I would add reminders perhaps? But otherwise Id not change a thing. Great job, Buddhify.

This is my "go to" meditation app! I try different meditation apps: new, different and recommended by friends but I consistently return to Buddify! When asked by my students which meditation app is best for whatever they need, Buddify is always the answer. Thank you!!!!!!

Love this app!

This app has had a tremendous impact on my meditation practice, but more importantly, my life! Its the perfect antidote to stress and even acts as an incredible sleep aid. I cant recommend it enough. Download it. Its worth every penny.

Surprised and Mindful

I am surprised by how much this app actually does what it says it will do. I was concerned about spending that FIVE WHOLE DOLLARS, but then I realized that my sense of sanity was worth much more and gave it a shot. The vocalists have a subtle humor and their guidance is easy to follow, Ive done 4 meditations in 18 hours and Im shocked that its so simple. There are meditations for just sitting and waiting around or traveling which is ideal during my daily commute. Last night after I downloaded it, I used one to fall asleep and dont remember hearing the end because I drifted off in the best way. The interface is easy to use and colorful and you can play it like you would a song so its easy to lock your phone and close the app even. This app is a wonderful reminder that meditation doesnt have to be with a mantra like Om and it doesnt have to be sitting in lotus or eyes closed. There are lots of ways to be mindful and in that way, meditative, at any time in your day, during any and every activity you choose to pursue.

This App is a Daily Go To

I love that many of these mindful moments can happen doing ordinary things. It has definitely changed my walks!

From scatter and chatter brain to peace and joy

My sis in law said recently that prior to me meditating, I was difficult to keep up with, she described me as NYC brain (never putting the mind to rest) when she was in NorCal brain (more laid back) mode, I am a sales person after all but I couldnt have thought of a better analogy. I was inspired to start meditating when a loved one pointed out my flaw of not being present or mindful in the moment. I took this to heart and heavily researched and came across this app. The UI is so easy to use and the categories are so helpful to set the tone for bringing yourself in the moment. Ive even gifted it to a few friends and they have been able to enjoy it as well. Enjoy.

Powerful exercises, easy to use...thank you!

Currently I am going through my second round of cancer treatment. The physical pain is as intense as the first round, but the emotional stress I am experiencing is new and scary. I have used other mediation apps, but my doctor suggested this app because the exercises are short, with high quality content. After two weeks a noticeable reduction in my chronic pain and negative attitude has given me the inner strength to persevere. Thank you for this quality app!
